NEW items in the CPR distro @ chromepeelerrecords.bandcamp.com/merch

BOILERMAN - "Feel Ways About Stuff" CD
Boisterous, but workmanlike melodic Hardcore Punk with the right amount of snot to be menacing without belying their Pop-Rock influences. A really catchy band masquerading as a hardcore band, using a sonic pallet drawn as much from bands like Leatherface and Articles of Faith as it is contemporaries like Canadian Rifle. This is the Japanese cd obi-strip version which as a bonus also includes two unreleased cover songs, and their previous 10".

CHAD M. CLARK - "Time Tidal Disruption" CD
Barbed and brittle textures emerge through methodical intersonic explorations of his instrument, a pre-WWII archtop Epiphone guitar, played with wool, balloon, hairpin, glass slide, microtonal harmonica, rods, mixing bowl, and split shot fishing sinkers. Clark hits the strings with his objects, using his fingers to play a few strings and then, in a split second, it seems as he picked up another object and plays that. A fine range of some very dynamic playing and unearthly undersongs.

WEASEL WALTER + CHAD M. CLARK - "Incantation Sublimation" CD
A post modern stab to the face of warped, jarring duets of guitar and drums. Extreme improv-assaults and exploratory chaos! Mega recommended for fans of Last Exit, Painkiller and Flying Luttenbachers
