What? Restraining order.
Our old neighbor started fights with neighbors all the time (he was around 40 years old), and spied on people's backyard, when girls were swimming. He must have been arrested 100 times. Someone gave him some trees to plant as a truce offering or something, and he dug them up and threw them in their pool because they weren't all growing at the same rate. Stupid Californian neighbors.
