Dunno, I guess I wouldn't be much worried..."creepiness" is connate with the interwebs, but I guess it's basically at a mildly voyeuristic level...like when you see an attractive man/woman in real life and you find yourself following him/her with your eyes for a few secs till something more important distracts you again or you get back doing what he/she distracted you from.
But yes, posting pics is philosophically a bit different after all, since people can save/store them, they're not just like a fleeting look while walking down the street...

Anyway, I'm still baffled by the tales of people (girls) getting tons of pms/attention after they post their pics.
