Pencil, needle, thread, Indian ink.
They are random designs and then RAT on one toe, DOG on another.
Don't have any real tattoos but I almost think they would hurt more? At least on the toes. Although they would be quicker. Home-made style is a long process unless you want dots in a row instead of real lines.
