Man or Astroman? have decided to attack earth with intergalactic space music. The only hope is in the form of a mad scientist named Mark Mothersbaugh, who can build a rocket that can go to space and defeat the Man or Astroman? Fleet. His astronauts need to be able to play music that is fucking raw to beat the awesomeness of Man or Astroman? So Nasa and DEVO contract the Yoof and Huskers to command the space mission.
