SFIV cabinets are pricey since you need to import them from JPN right now. I think the going rate for a JPN cabinet is 21 grand right now.
That said, if you're good enough that 1 dollar can last you for an hour of fun while maintaining the rush of beating a bunch of vietnamese challengers (the arcade that was in was filled with vietnamese dudes who seemed to get pissed whenever I'd beat them. I think I caused one of them to lose their girlfriend because they lost. It was pretty great.)
