I have to evict a tenant next week. Jesus.
What a long awful hassle this is. She hasn't paid rent in 2 months. She won't leave the house. She apparently doesn't know that the longer she stays there, the more rent she will owe me when I sue her in court I guess. Jesus. People are stupid.
