Every decade is too diverse in cultural production to say a decade is any kind of relative quality, in my opinion. And, of course being only one person, I will find most of any given decade disagreeable unless I intentionally/unintentionally ignore the disagreeable and only consider the agreeble. But I don't like hidden exaggerations.
