I know someone at work who's "sampled" a couple of pairs of fake boobies, and he said that it was a pretty underwhelming experience all round.

If done properly, breast augmentation can look very good, as part of the whole "package" of a woman. Giant boobies just remind me of Russ Meyer films - which is nice!
