I think if someone gave me the option of travelling through time or spending a week readinng Heidegger, I'd probably do the latter.
Remember - speed can reduce the
time spent travelling; it doesn't
actually affect time itself in any way. Having said that, if you went up in space for a few years you'd find that people on Earth had actually lived longer when you returned. Ooh.
