Oh I've dated severe emotional issues...Yeesh. That's one way to learn how to deal with people.
I can't think of any stupid things that happened on a first date, but there are a ton I'm sure. But one time when I asked a girl out I kind of worded it like "So I'm gonna go to lunch today," and she kinda nodded. Long awkward pause until I finally realized it had to be in question form.
