Well, what other implications can one assume are being made when you say something like "I'm hard-wired to go straight to the exposed skin and I can't believe how often you actually notice what these women are wearing?"
I'm sure plenty of people have seen an attractive person wearing something unflattering and thought it was a waste of a perfectly good canvas.
