Thurston explains that, giving someone a mixed tape, is like giving them a love letter. I thought it was very unique how he decided to study up on that.

it's very true. my object of desire and i make mixes for eachother. my friend megan burns me cool mix cds a lot, and she's one of my best friends, but burned cds feel so empty. i love thurston's introduction in the mix tape book.
