i have witnesses.
i went into the office and said:
me: rita, i realize you were upset, but i feel like i need to say this. it is absolutely not okay to grab me, push me or scratch me.
rita: (super rude voice) SORRY! what do you want me to do? write you a letter of apology?
me: well no... i just wanted to point out it was highly inappropriate. i'm your employee.
rita: if i had my car today, i'd leave and never come back! i'll let everyone else run this place!
me: none of this other stuff has anything to do with me. i just felt the need to stand up for myself.
and then i walked out.
