I'm not thrilled about this at all, but on the other hand I could picture these people ending up playing there that I like a lot:
Boredoms (Patton-Zorn link)
Merzbow (Patton has collaborated and played live with him)
Keiji Haino (He played with The Melvins last January at the Rotterdam Film Festival)
Slayer (Fantomas link with Patton)
Melt Banana (Patton link)
That would definitely get me interested, even though I've seen all of them before. But the biggest problem I see for now is that pretty much everything on Ipecac either sucks ass or is horribly boring... and I don't expect too much from The Melvins either.
But I'll just wait for the lineup before shooting this down or not. The Portishead one wasn't that bad in the end either.
