I love Bad Lieutenant but think the version with the Schoolly D song Signifying Rapper on the soundtrack (sometimes shown on TV over here) is superior to the version available on DVD (which it had to be taken off): for me, it makes a big difference but it's nonetheless brilliant.

I wish Naked was available on DVD, I love the dialogue (monologues?) in that film... shame about the caricature-yuppie guy in it though!

I'll just name some random films that I love and haven't been mentioned: Assassination Of Richard Nixon, Betty Blue, Blue Velvet, Brother, Christiane F, Django, Django Kill, Julien Donkey-Boy, Last Days, Mean Streets, Midnight Cowboy, Repulsion, Rivers Edge, Slacker, Sonatine, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and loads of early Woody Allen films (the surreal, slapstick ones like Bananas).
