its only a waste of money or time because of the social construction of cannabis use and economy under prohibition. if it were not so restricted, then it might not cost so much money. the issue is not to promote cannabis use in general, but rather to promote the end of its prohibition legally and socially. America is such a repressive society even, surprisingly, the religious fanatacisim of this country persecutes what is of little objection under the religious fanatacisim of its "ideological" enemy of the present epoch.
