Well it does have it's drawbacks. The first time I did it I went under the covers and therefor couldn't breath. The last time I did it, it was painful on my neck, and I think the girl faked an orgasm. I just don't believe that anyone would get an orgasm that fast. Plus it is hard to tell because you don't have anything inside to feel that clenching (although I think girls can fake that too)
