shopping for lightbulbs is fucking cool-- especially when you see the results at home. also, high amp cabling. and power tools. funky paint colors. rope. dangerous chemicals. neodymium magnets. & so on.
though i have to say home depot itself sucks-- mainly due to poor or no customer service.. ace is better. good hardware stores fucking rock. it's a toy store for grownups (jut like the sex shop).
