Red wine from the Dijon area. Côtes de Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges.
I remember a bottle of Chateau de la Barre or something similar, brought by our boss. It was excellent.
I wish I could find one, but I don't go to the appropriate places as I suspect it to be quite expensive.
I'd crave to get that wine again, to get along with that spicy jambalaya friends and I take hours preparing...
