planet X is one of those un-provavble hypothesis that cannot be test4ed or disproved, therefor e it is BULLSHIT.
the whole hoax posits that there is a planet, planet X, that lies at the exact opposite of earth's orbit around the sun, so that we never see it, it never affects us, and it is always hiding behind the sun.
