oh hm drumline... is that like the bands that play at stadiums? i didn't grow up here you see, so i tend to miss a lot of highschool culture references.

it's mostly vegetarian, all healthy stuff, and the best part is that she gives you an education-- i mean she really knows her ingredients & how they work & all that. which is the way to learn--- recipes alone are worthless, you gotta know your ingredients.

check out her recipe for steamed quinoa, steamed millet, and her article on grains, plus an article on 2-meal recipes (or something like that-- you cook a pot of grains & make 2 meals out of it, like, say, breakfast & lunch).
