oh, that sounds cool.
i have this really awkward turn i have to do, called a swing turn. i kick up my leg to full horizontal, kick back fully, then i'm turning at the same time. my dismount is a cartwheel-to-handstand, and all ten times i've tried i either dismount too far from the end of the beam or land on the hard part of the floor. it sucks.
