my guess is that's cream cheese?? I have no idea. clotted cream sounds too gross to eat.
and it's the "clotted" part that bothers me. makes me think of blood, which reminds me why I don't like milk.
blood, sweat, pus, hormones and antibiotics....milk has it all!
that said, I can make myself puke on demand if I think about the smell of milk hard enough.
