there is no real culture to speak of the closest thing to a downtown area is this one street in tempe called mill ave the art scene sucks the music scene or lack thereof is intoreable and the public transportation is so limited it would be quicker to ride a burro but on the plus side they do have a good taco stand and a decent basketball team unlike my poor poor celtics
