Efrim sounds cool! and it's even cooler backwards if you pronounce it "Murfey". I'm not a big fan of being named "Rob", it seems so common and it makes me feel weird when I'm with my friends that all have more obscure names like "Xavier", "Kaja", "Kanaska", and "Shub".
For a girl I like the name "Tay" or "Mia" and for a boy I like "Nate", or possibly "Nestea lemon"
EDIT: Good call on "Milo", that names awesome
