Not unless it is sent to a beuarecrat in washington, and then sent to your state goverment, and sent back to you, then you have to go with a lawyer to a court hearing, and depending on his decision you can say it, if he says no, you could always appeal, and you would have to wait ten more weeks for that result, if that judge says no, you could always go to the supreme court, and that takes about two or three years.
