That's my problem too. I try to gain a little wait sometimes, but I have a fear that when I get older it'll reverse it on me and I'll wish I'd just left it alone. I'm 5'8 and stay around 130 pretty consistantly. I'm more concerned about muscle, which I don't have nearly enough of.
