there's two big mistakes here:
1) going somewhere to get a haircut; cut your own hair, diy baby!! punk rock!!!
2) trying to establish normal human comunication patterns with suchfriends. see? yet more proof that pot can fry your brain.
i get hassled by the cops some, fortunately, they have never had anything real against me to arrest me or anything. !@#$%!'s technique of escape is very effective.
