I'm not expecting miracles. We've not suddenly turned some corner but I do think that if the board backs him financially and stays in the background, leaving him to do his job, he'll improve us. He has his limitations but he's no mug, and he's committed. I'm tired of these 'new thing' managers who have a bit of success early on and then get hyped to fuck. Moyes is a solid mid-table Prem league manager and I'd be happy for him to stay long term if he can turn West Ham into a solid mid-table Prem league team.
