So Boris finally launched his manifesto. Very little to say about it. Doesn't really offer anything. Doesn't really take anything away. Essentially cautious, which is clearly a decision made in light of May's disastrously cavalier manifesto in 2015.
Brexit aside, no floating voter's gonna be persuaded to vote Tory cos they find anything in this even remotely exciting, or inspiring. Boris is obviously just banking on enough of them simply being put off by Labour's more high-risk approach.
