I seem to remeber when I started lurking back on the old board, not that I've ever progressed far beyond that level, there was a similar blow up, maybe not as severe, but similar. People got pissed off, some stuff was said, a few people fucked off etc.
And of course everything settled down for a while, and then the whole trolling thing kicked up and 1 or 2 others fucked off before it settled again. I couldn't count the number of 'this board's gone to shit' threads & funny up-to-a-point slow-motion trainwreck type arguments i've thumbed through.
All I can say is for those who arn't happy either add your name to the illustrious list of those who've fucked off with their dignity intact or just settle and wait till it calms down, and it will.
For the others, that kind of dicking around is, and was, really funny for quite a while, but keep hammering away at it and it gets BORING and just a little bit irritating, but do whatever you feel you have to do...
