in an effort to encourage the irrevocable stains that are brought on by BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, let's use this thread to bag on companies that either through BAD POLICY or BAD PEOPLE, cause you to not only burn with anger but dream of smearing poo all over the internet about just how terrible they really are.

I'll start.


BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT (ie: China Inc.)

eat a bag of dicks, BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT. after million of compromised accounts, you surely know by now how shitty your security protocols are; so why don't you do something about them?

if an IP is "known to be exploitable" (read: motherfuckyouroundeye.CN), how about doing something to limit the capacity of said "KNOWN" exploitable IP so as to prevent them from....say....exploiting.

your willful neglect, and bitchmouthed customer service has caused you to not only lose ANY and ALL future income from a longtime and once staunch supporter, but that of ANY and ALL souls willing to listen to my woeful testimony.

in summary, your POOR customer service will cost you more than whatever it would have been to make me happy (read: pushing a button).
