lies! I still own a launch Ps2 and it works. and as for PS3's. While I'm not gonna say they don't last...I will say that it's not cheap like the XBOX. The new ps3 slims are debatable. Ps3's are actually made in Japan no in China like Wii's and XBOX's....so yehhh..
