I think its really cute. Like the Pixies meet They Might Be Giants meet all sorts of other bands. Its a lot of fun.

any non-pixies release he's ever done is way underrated. Some of his albums are really great: Teenager of the year, the cult of ray, pistolero, show me your tears, honeycomb, bluefinger
