i want to buy one

i want to be able to run programs like photoshop and adobe premier, that sorta shit
of course most computers could prob do this now
but i want something that would be better for as i get better with using it

macbook it up son

i have been using one of those for over half a yr now and i dont dig it much

they are going to stop selling the white case soon in favor of metal.

the consensus is that the plastic is better for wi-fi.

I'm not a fan of the white. those are the ones that get finger-funky.

Dad Melly's got a "metallic" MacBook for work and stuff - the graphics on it are amazing, much better than my VAIO laptop. Alas, when I bought my laptop nearly 2 years ago, MacBooks were still ruinously expensive here (about £1,200 plus, I recall)

mine was something like $1300

^^^That's far more reasonable, just over what I paid for my VAIO. Computer prices here are sometimes insane, I tell you.

i think my imac was $1500 but i don't know, my dad bought it for me for christmas
he also bought me a wii because apparently i'm six years old.

^^Ha ha ha re the Wii (mind you, i can't talk - my sister and brother in law have got one, and they keep threatening to force me to play Guitar Hero (or whatever the Wii equivalent is) next time I'm down their way.

if you're going for a PC, there's no better than lenovo-- used to be ibm-- their T series thinkpads are awesome & built like a tank.
there are expen$$ive though.
whatever you buy, if you want quality, then buy a business-class laptop-- dell precision, for example.
consumer grade laptops are cheap, but also flimsy, they cough up blood, they work ok on your table but don't travel well, etc.
