Matty Healy in conversation with Kim Gordon
|
Thanks again! I've actually never heard The 1975 - what I've read about them has given me the impression they're another hollow band like Muse or some shit. But I sure gotta check out the previous interviews with Stevie Nicks, Brian Eno and Steve Reich... As for Bobby Gillespie, rock's chief librarian, why the fuck does he have to pop up everywhere?!
|
Thank you, shall check this out.

I thought the same of The 1975, my eldest daughter is a massive fan and we trade musical recommendations, she hounded me to listen to them and I have to admit their last album 'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships' is a very good album. Surprising layered. Gotta love Bobby Gillespie :D |

I can't believe you nutty folk are allowed to have children. ;):D |

Ha ha. Don't we have 5 kids and now twins due in a month. Nutty is probably about right! :D |

Jesus Christ. Please tell me you're not Opus Dei Catholics! |

Thanks again! I've actually never heard The 1975. For real

I really enjoyed this interview. Always good to hear from Kim.
|
thanks!

The 1975?! Who will Kim agree to interviewing her next? S club fucking 7? The fucking Spice Girls? Fucking 'ell.
Not reading another Kim interview until she speaks with either Morrissey or Ian Curtis. Reet, Internet! REET. |

Yeah, between this and the "I find AOC inspiring" comment, Kim's judgement can certainly be called into question. |

Lol |

I still haven't heard The 1975, probably they're crap, BUT I do find AOC inspiring as well. :fuckyou: |
Quote:
What have you got against AOC? |
Quote:
He's a MAGA mook, so everything. |

Do not associate my comment with utter bollocks, cheers. |
If anyone can make it 4 bars in to this song then congratulations. You are the most patient person on the planet.

''Sonic Youth are kind of the ultimate, along with Black Flag, indie band in its truest sense. But what was it like signing to a major label in the late ’80s as Sonic Youth? How did that feel?''
What does that even fucking mean? |
