Post-mortem portraiture was very fashionable at one time. I have a few friends who collect these.

It needs to be an album cover. I feel that so strongly that I may even write, record, and distribute an album just for it.

My Dad gets them from all over. He asked me to scan some stuff for him.

I would do it, but Joy Division's Closer is a little bit too close to that, and I want to distance myself from Joy Division.

My aunt's friend collects a bunch of "death memorabilia." She has an old hearse thing off from her living room from the late 19th/early 20th century that was used by horse and buggy back in the day. She also has quite a few old baby coffins from the 19th century, locks of hair, mummified bodies (I kid!), and tons of photos. It was pretty weird to see all that crap.

I took a few WWII hitler nazi postcards from my grandparents basement when they were both dead and we were cleaning their house out. My grandpa was over there in WWII and he kept some mementos. I can't remember where I put them now. Would they be worth bank?
