well i decided i'm going to take a vacation and i have always wanted to go there. so i am going. you are welcome to tag along.

it's nice and sunny during the morning and part of the afternoon, then late in the afternoon it starts raining, not as bad though.

it's usually a clusterfuck during rush hours (although there's always cars going on in the streets here) but mainly for the fuckers protesting; half the city is crippled and i hope you enjoy subway, car and bus rides because you'll spend a lot of time on transportations.

This will be the largest city I've ever been to, and my first time leaving the country. So, my only experiences with mass transit have been cabs. The subway should be interesting. The guy I'm going with lived there for a little while and speaks Spanish, so I'm not too worried. Just anxious.

you are going to have a blast, just brace yourself for some sitting in a vehicle that's supposed to be moving but it's not or, in the case of the subway, finding out the breaking point of how many bodies of mass can occupy the same space.

i was in california last month. exactly a month ago i was.. getting ready to come back to florida. i still miss it.

I haven't gone on any trips since April, but I did get laid off from work in June, so technically I have been on a vacation of sorts, but it's more of a vacation from having any money than anything else...

i went to Seattle a few weeks ago. i bought lots of music.

Last week I came back from a one week vacation in Kemer, Turkey. Too fuckin' hot for my taste!
Nice food and loads of swimming..

Not so keen on airplanes unfortunately.

I've gone to Santa Monica more times this year than last year, I've also gone to Six Flags Magic Mountain and that is as far as my vacation goes

I've kept myself inside the boarders of Norway this summer, but it was okay. I went to Kristiansand to see some gigs at the Quart festival. Later on I went to Oslo to take part at the Red Youth Summercamp.

Not yet, but I need some free time soon. Maybe Zanzibar.

i spent ten days in france, close to italy and switzerland, and seven days at the belgian coast :D

How is the Belgian coast? I imagine it being grey for some reason.

This year I went abroad for the first time in ages. Twice in fact. First of all to Krakow in March for 5 days because my friend was showing his film around Poland...but it was a holiday as well. And then to Berlin in May for 5 days again. Mainly to see No Neck Blues Band and also The Skaters and some other bands. But also because a girl I met in Poland was there....

yeah i am going to krakow soon i think. only 30 euros return on the train.

I drove round trip 2800 miles to go to the Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony in canton Ohio. It took 6 hours just to get out of TEXAS DAMNIT!!!!

taken a lot of weekend trips lately but not too far away. new mexico places. lots of dust, and mud when it rains.

im supposed to go to seattle at some point-- my friend just got a new apartment, but new work opportunities keep cropping up and i don't want to lose the chance like a stupid fuck, yes? so i might be able to squeeze the trip into the schedule later in the year once the money has been secured.. in the meantime i'm busyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
