getting stabby (relaxation techniques)
what do you do to help yourself when things are rough? Like:
- a certain violent period of the month (when you can see the truth) - surrounded by cunts trying to fuck you over somehow (some of them do it on a regular basis, please think of your boss (5 of them or 5x bigger)) - the phone, e-mail, text won't stop do you think of a special place? do you take it out at the first telemarketer calling to say you have a pre-approved credit card? do you go to mcdonalds and try to start a fight? share. |

Well, the only thing keeping me from the liquor right now is laziness, lack of funds and the cold snap outside. Maybe those are a lot of big reasons. But pure determination will help me overcome !

This is more of a lack of a relaxation technique. I can also feel Lachesis measure a bit shorter each time. |
I have a new technique now. I ignore people.
Knowning that they will be stressed helps me with my stress. |

One thing I realized is stabilizing the mind while sober benefits your well being more. It allows you to recall that state of consciousness easier at any point. I often contemplate how absorbed I've been in such minuscule difficulties, and that in the grand scheme of my life they really can just be let go. Even if you need to attend to them at some point, just let go and focus on the present. |
