well, thanks for the inspiration
the beach is 15 hours away, and i can't be bothered to go looking for blood oranges, but i made my cebiche with some mahi-mahi i was going to broil this morning, and it was DELICIOUS. yes, i know most boardies will quiver with nausea at the though of raw fish marinated in lime juice with chilies and onions... but the pleasure! the pleasure! i am high on it right now and i could fall asleep again. |

My friend and his family are Peruvian and his dad will make a huge mixing bowl full of the stuff, and marinate it, and then HOARD it to himself for a weekend of feasting. that abstard! my friend and I have to sneak some out in a small bowl!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
