I had a bunch of texts when I woke up this morning that simply said 'ITS SNOWING'. By the time I'd woken up it had all melted though. I need to start going to bed later and/or getting up earlier.

I have envy. 63 degrees Fahrenheit and sunny in ol' SF.

I think I live too close to the sea to get snow. Too much warm wind from the gulf stream.

Snow is beautiful. Too bad extremely cold weather in general kind of makes me want to die a little bit.

I miss snow so bad. 10yrs out of Wisconsin and in LA and I still cannot get used to 'winter' without snow. I envy those of you with white covered trees and rooftops out your windows.

well we usually don't have much snow here, and definitely not in november. it will be gone by tomorrow. thats why everyone is all escited and happy about it now.

Having lived in Texas all my life I've only seen it snow a dozen times, and it's only accumulated a handful of times.

It makes everything peacefull. The city becomes so quiet.

I'm going to spend next weekend in the mountains just so I can hang out in snow.

The one time I visited Texas, (Dallas in April '86) it snowed. Coming from a long Syracuse, NY winter, this was quite an unwelcome surprise.

Here in the 'burbs of NYC, I could practically count the snow flakes I've seen this season.

And after 14 years in Anchorage, I find I miss the snow. No, not real fond of the cold but I do like the brightness the snow brings to the city. It always seems so dark here.

i love that in albuquerque it rarely snows. fuckin a. the last thing we need here is more "quiet".

Yes, there's a shitload of it. I'm already fed up with it.

I can never get over how everything appears like another dimension of life when covered in a heavy abrupt dump of snow. There is just dark things and white things and I notice the shape and existance of things my eyes never ever would have wandered upon.

Etc. I hope it snows here soon, too.

In Canada we're on our 3rd snow today, and our first snow that's here for the whole winter.

This side of Canada does not agree. Maybe in Janurary?

i like how the light changes when it is snowing or when everything is covered in snow. it is darker, but still light because of all the white.

I wish I lived where it snowed so I could wear an overcoat.
