my dad had a 6-way bypass about 5 years ago.

that was really scarey for me because I'm sure someday, it will be my turn, and I'll be damned if I let some doctor stick a finger up my butt.

the finger up da butt is coming for you sooner than later my friend. be glad if it is just a finger, as I have had to have an ultrasound probe shoved up where the sun don't shine. horrible horrible feeling.

now that yr all stretched out back there, do you find that it's easier to poop?

I just said this in Crypto's thread but my best friend's mom, who was more of a mom to me than my mother ever was, died just a few weeks ago. It was really rough. She was a beautiful artist and poet. In her service notes there was a poem she'd written in the 70s.

"The things I think in murky hours.
The heavy box and waxy flowers.
People sit and pews and sigh.
And slowly watch as I go by."

one of my fav things to notice when a tragedy happens
is when everything around u becomes insignificant

your watching tv and there are bright colours and loud music and stupid adverts..then u get bad news..and it just means nothing anymore..but it doesnt stop..it just keeps playing in the background not reacting to your emotions.

found out today mom is well, she is out of hospital today and is coming home this sunday, they are still not 100% sure what happened, but did a lot of tests and its good

They said she needs to look after her self and just get healthy, :)
