Lots of real tits have stretch marks. My wife's are real and about that size, and they have stretch marks, although they have faded.

yep, judging by her lips there's a good chance those tits are not 100% real.
stretchmarks+blue veins = not good, but maybe the pic emphasizes those flaws.
