Got my copy of "spinhead sessions" today. Will report back.
|
Mine has shipped. So excited.
|
So I gave it a listen. Pretty chill and interesting document of what some of their jams might have sounded like back then. But not a lot of variety except for one song, "wolf". it sounds like t is mainly playing a f#eb guitar throughout cause you can hear those "shadow of a doubt" harmonics that are on the "made in the USA" soundtrack. I'll definitely listen again soon though.
|
It is unique tracks from what we had on USA tho right? I cant wait to hear this.
|
Definitely different tracks. I'd say more straight thru riffing on made in USA.

![]() I don't think this has been posted on the board: this year (or was it late last year?) Troubadour/Easy Action reissued Epic Soundtracks' Rise Above with an insane amount of bonus tracks, some of which are specified as "(Epic & Lee [date])", and we also get "Big Apple Graveyard (Kim Gordon full spoken part)". Buy it or die. |

Neat-o. I assume ordering information is forthcoming? Quote:

Precisely what I need! After reading it, however, depression will strike as most of this shit has been released in editions of five copies which command heavy dough online. |

Nice one, I don't think my iPhone is as good as yours: https://www.instagram.com/p/-hWbH-s_...y=miloszklimek |

So this DVD is the videos and etc from the period that preceeds that covered by Corporate Ghost?

yeah. |
my gut is telling me that after all those reissues are finished and band is still on hiatus (or is it really end?) they will need to reach into their vaults to release some unheard stuff, which is cool!

I really hope I am wrong but hear from somewhere Lee possibly has a problem to have somebody to release his new solo (which I think will be called "Electric Trim"). Really sad if it´s so because I believe it will be the best solo outside SY! Hard to understand why Matador would not want to release it?!

Anything is possible from a label that would drop Bardo Pond
