About Dr. Siegal's® Cookie Diet™

Dr. Siegal's® COOKIE DIET™ cookies are convenient, sensible snack foods that effectively curb hunger. They contain no drugs and are available without a prescription. You can enjoy them simply as a healthier alternative to other snacks, or you can use them to control your appetite as you follow a diet that your doctor directs and supervises. More than 500,000 people have used Dr. Siegal's® COOKIE DIET™ foods to help them reach their goals during the past thirty-two years.
Are Dr. Siegal's cookies delicious? Are they magical? Do they perform miracles? No. They taste good but we wouldn't call them delicious. Delicious cookies make people fat. As for magic and miracles... well... you probably know the answer.
Dr. Siegal's® COOKIE DIET™ foods were created in 1975 by Dr. Sanford Siegal to help patients of his Miami, Florida medical practice, Siegal Medical Group, control their hunger and stick to their diets. To this day, Dr. Siegal personally makes every batch of his secret hunger-controlling protein blend by hand in his own bakery.

anyone who would eat a prepackaged sandwich is out of their fucking mind

terriblecanyons 06.30.2008 06:32 PM

Gas station food is fucking nasty.
You're practically begging for a recurring ulcer or a 48 hour stomach bug.

Everyneurotic 06.30.2008 06:37 PM

someone dissed waffles here? blasphemy made flesh!

when i visit the family in ny, that's all i eat for breakfast, that and milk; northmost maple syrup rules!!

but it's usually an apple and/or a banana and chocolate milk.

terriblecanyons 06.30.2008 06:38 PM

Real waffles are the shit. All warm and fluffy and whatnot. But eggos get really old, really fast.

Everyneurotic 06.30.2008 06:45 PM

not if you freeze them.

they have to be straight out of the toaster though.

I didn't mean literally old.
Old as in boring... especially if they're all you have to eat.

demonrail666 06.30.2008 06:50 PM

I'm usually opposed to garage food, but Tescos do a reasonable sandwich. Marks and Spencers do a superb egg and ham one, but they aren't open when I get up, so I stick with the 24 hour Tesco option.

Everyneurotic 06.30.2008 06:54 PM

if i get caught up waking up somewhere other than home, i usually try to look for the little cereal boxes at the 7-11 like mini marts.

i fiend for fruit, i eat it every morning-- i do not fiend for tobacco (these days anyway)

however i also fiend for vegetables raw & cooked, whole grains, beans, nuts, herbs & spices, bla bla etc etc. i also fiend, terribly, for fish and seafood. i can easily live without cow meat and pork & chicken & birds & lambs & mammals, but do NOT fuck with my seafood-- i grew up right next to the ocean & i need that shit like oxygen.

i'd buy bottled water. overpriced, but relatively safe.

relatively is the correct description, aside from the ecological disaster that is the bottled water market, bottled water can also be just as unsafe as tap [tap water is generally safe, for %99 of folks it is a taste concern, I use a filter myself]
