(a camera he gave to another student to record the whole scene)

and that he was "laughing" and "lighthearted" on the way to jail.

there are three separate videos of the event.
officer also tried to charge him with INCITING A RIOT, which is fucking bullshit. fuck the police. don;t believe anything they say. they work for the rich to keep the 90% of regular folk from ever disturbing them and their plans.
