Oh yeah, I for one am not religious but saying that is just stupid. I think people should have the right to practice their religion any way they want. And if they don't like it, well they need to learn how to accept it.

I'm atheist too. There 're too many religious threads those days on this board, it's not a good place to speak about a so personnal subject, I think. It makes people angry, that's stupid.

Good, did not work today, I want to pay my library account so I can check out some books on greek mythology. They sound interesting.

crap, i have to do that. i still owe five or six bucks, but i've lost my card again.

my salad was good but it was too much.

here's how you make it (easy)

chop about 8 spring onions, and

1/3 cup of fresh dill

slice really thin 2 big heads of romaine lettuce (or 3 small ones)

chop a couple of nice ripe tomatos in eights. i get rid of the seeds.

add about a cup of black kalamata olives

toss all that.

now in a separate bowl mix:
1/4 cup good red white vinegar
3/4 cup EVOO
1/2 tsp sea salt
a nice pinch of black pepper
whip it together
then add some crushed greek oregano (i use fresh oregano which is very potent)
whip again
toss over the salad.

you can add some feta cheese cubes for the win, but i am off dairy right now.

i try using organic ingredients whenever possible, so this comes out super-delicous.

i've been doing pretty well the last few days, for the most part. camp was fun today. you?

Nothing watched 28 weeks later online. It was good. Did some errands, and I think I need to finish my homework. The day was beautiful, and can't wait for tomorrow.

i'm excited because i get to sleep in tomorrow. but i have errands and things to do with my mom.

doodz, do not use plastic bowls for this salad nor for mixing the vinaigrette.

ceramic or glass is best, followed by stainless. same with the utensils, use non-reactive-- stainless whisk or fork, wooden spatulas for tossing, etc.

from that recipe i think 8 people can eat but it was our only food so we ate it all :D
