I had a random Sonic Youth dream last night. I was on a bus and Thurston was about four rows behind me. I kinda looked at him then Master Dik came on in the bus. People just started freaking out and singing all the words. They started chanting "Ciccone" and were doing the robot in the isle. Thurston started smiling and sang the song for all of us. It was a pretty cool dream. We should have that happen on Huskers on a Plane.

Yes! Thurston can be sat nonchalantly and then starts smiling like a mofo and sings. It'll be a whole musical number. There will be confetti and dancing.

Oh dude, there should make a list of the musical numbers in this motion picture. That would be most excellent.

I had a dream the other night that when they came around for a gig, Lee got the flu. So they asked me to play guitar for him. We were at a gig with the Flaming Lips and it was a huge stage. Both bands set up at once and they would take turns every other song. The crowd was also in these huge balconies behind the stage. We played facing this huge motherfucking screen that had a video of us playing.
There was a catch though, I ended up coming late and the sound dudes had trouble setting my gear up. Thurtson also forgot to tell me how to play the songs so I just kind of fucked around. We played Sleepin' Around and Thurston was just singing and I was all alone playing guitar. Since I had no idea what to play, Kim gave me a dirty look and seemed pissed off. I have no idea where Steve was. I woke up mid-song.
