Wasn't there some sort of guerrilla organization that advocated actively spreading Marihuana plant seeds in public parks, green spaces, empty fields, vacant lots, and roadside ditches? If not, we should start one.

There is a place in I think China or maybe India which I have read about, where weed plants grow wild in the ditches of their village, and tourists go to smoke it. ha!
